My Account is a one stop dashboard, to see all the information related to the order.

- All updates of the order with date and time

- See your order tracking number with tracking link, once the product is shipped
The following terms are in use, related to order status, let us see one by one.
(1) Processing : This is the status when the order is successfully placed.
(2) Payment pending : When the payment is failed or you cancelled at payment page. In this case, the order is not successful. You will get a button “Pay” in your dashboard order section, from where you can launch the payment process again to buy the product.
(3) Cancel request : When you request an order cancel from your “my account dashboard”, the status automatically goes to cancel request. In this case the cancellation is subject to approval. The cancellation is possible only when the status showing ” processing”, meaning that prior to the dispatch of the ordered product, the cancellation is possible. Once it is shipped, the cancellation is not possible.
(3) Cancelled : When your cancel request is approved, the status is set to show “cancelled”, We approve cancellation request immediately once the request is made from customer end. In this case if you have paid online, your payment will be refunded fully as per the T&C, however, not applicable for COD orders, as there is no payment made during the ordering process.
(4) Refunded : The refund process is initiated, following the successful cancellation. When refunded, the status set to “refunded”.
(5) Failed : This status confirms that your order is not successful, the factors includes payment declined, networking issues, etc.,
(6) Completed : This status confirms that your order is successfully packed and shipped, when this status is displayed, by this time, the tracking number is made available for you to track the order shipping. You will also receive a SMS notification with tracking link. You will also receive an email with order details, invoice, and tracking information. You can logon to your “My account” to see the order updates, where you get the link to track the orders.
