My Account is a one stop dashboard, to see all the information related to the order.

  1. Manage your address
  2. Your current order status
  3. All updates of the order with date and time
  4. See your product order and update history
  5. View your invoice
  6. Request cancellation
  7. Get pay button at your dashboard for the failed payments
  8. See your order tracking number with tracking link, once the product is shipped

The following terms are in use, related to order status, let us see one by one.

(1) Processing : This is the status when the order is successfully placed.

(2) Payment pending : When the payment is failed or you cancelled at payment page. In this case, the order is not successful. You will get a button “Pay” in your dashboard order section, from where you can launch the payment process again to buy the product.

(3) Cancel request : When you request an order cancel from your “my account dashboard”, the status automatically goes to cancel request. In this case the cancellation is subject to approval. The cancellation is possible only when the status showing ” processing”, meaning that prior to the dispatch of the ordered product, the cancellation is possible. Once it is shipped, the cancellation is not possible.

(3)  Cancelled : When your cancel request is approved, the status is set to show “cancelled”, We approve cancellation request immediately once the request is made from customer end. In this case if you have paid online, your payment will be refunded fully as per the T&C, however, not applicable for COD orders, as there is no payment made during the ordering process.

(4) Refunded : The refund process is initiated, following the successful cancellation. When refunded, the status set to “refunded”.

(5) Failed : This status confirms that your order is not successful, the factors includes payment declined, networking issues, etc.,

(6) Completed : This status confirms that your order is successfully packed and shipped, when this status is displayed, by this time, the tracking number is made available for you to track the order shipping. You will also receive a SMS notification with tracking link. You will also receive an email with order details, invoice, and tracking information. You can logon to your “My account” to see the order updates, where you get the link to track the orders.

No, you can shop without having an account. However, it is recommended in view of managing all your orderings and its updates, at one place. Moreover, when you have singed-up, you will be the first one to know about new launches and offers.  (Refer My account in FAQ, for more details)

Well!, This is the message you normally notice, when you click “Add to Cart” button without selecting your fragrance variant. khalisafragrance.com offers you variants in smart collections and ultra-premium collections, to choose from. You must choose your favorite fragrance under “Fragrance Variants” option, in order to add it to the shopping cart.

Ow! that flows seamlessly, the moment you made an order at khalisafragrance.com, you receive an email and SMS notifying you the order confirmation.

You have the option to order the product by using COD payment mode, at check out page. In this case, you have to pay the order value by cash directly to the delivery agent, at the time of delivering the product.

To make an order by using COD payment mode, all you have to do is, choose your product, and at checkout page, please authenticate your mobile number with the OTP, once OTP is verified, the order is successful. You will receive an email and SMS notification, confirming your order.

Remember! that, When you pay digitally at checkout you get 10% instant discount from your cart value. Think about that, before choosing COD.

Orders placed on COD terms is accepted and processed in the good faith that the payment for the order amount will be made at the time of delivery in cash and accordingly the delivery process is initiated.

In all ultra-premium collections, you have the option to choose the variants. There are three variants available according to number of fragrances.

3ml X 3 Fragrance – In this variant, you will get 3 different fragrances, each of 3ml volume, and total of 9ml volume.

6ml X 2 Fragrance – In this variant, you will get 2 different fragrances, each of 6ml volume, and total of 12ml volume.

12ml X 1 Fragrance – In this variant, you will get 1 fragrances of 12ml volume.

Look at the picture below, that illustrates the variant’s configurations. Note : There are 9 products available in the ultra-premium collection’s portfolio. Each products are configurable with 3 variants.

This image is for illustrative purpose only and it has got simulated contents. There are nine collections in the portfolio of ultra-premium collections. Nine are different in colors, the versions are same across all collections.


The fragrances available on ultra-premium collections are listed with description at the web page named “FRAGRANCE GUIDE” , this page is accessible from any of the ultra-premium products’ page. When you select the variant, you will see the fragrances of that particular variant. The name of the fragrance can be found in the fragrance guide section.

Payments & Cancellation

We have various options for online payment, you can choose the one that fits. We encourage digital payments at checkout, instantly you get 10% discount on your total cart value, when you pay digitally at checkout.

Remember that: Incase if you have applied a coupon code, the discount is calculated by sequence.

Cancellation is allowed, prior to dispatch your ordered product. Post dispatching / shipping the cancellation is not allowed.

You have an advantage of accessing the cancellation request option, in the dashboard, when you are a registered customer.

While we make all measures in the website content, that ease out your shopping decision, some times you may change your preference. Typically we ship the product in <24hours of receipt of the successful online order. You are free to cancel, before we dispatch the product, in another word : when your order status showing “Processing” you have an option to cancel.

When the product is shipped, Sorry! cancellation is not possible. In another word : When order status showing “Completed”, cancellation is not permitted.

When you are not a registered customer, simply write an email to info@khalisafragrance.com, stating your order number, order date, with subject line of “order cancellation request of #4 digit Order Number”.

On the good faith, and for a long term business relationship, we refund the amount fully, when the product is cancelled, without deducting any payment transaction charges.

  • Yes. All the products sold at www.khalisafragrance.com is inclusive of GST, which is 18%. The price what you see on the screen is including the GST portion.

We know that it is important to get the refund on-time. We assure that you will receive your refund as described below.

  • Normal Refunds where it takes 5-7 working days for the refunds to reach your account.
  • Fast Refunds where you receive your refund amount almost in few hours. By issuing fast refunds, we provide you a better user experience. Issuing of Fast refund is actually the expense to our company, it normally attracts 2% of the transaction value. However, on the good faith and for a long-term relationship, KF offers free of cost fast refund system to all eligible customers, who has made online payment by using one of the any eligible payment mode.

Shipping & Returns

We ship the products in less than 24hours from the time of receipt of the successful online order.

Once shipped, you will be notified with a SMS and email, confirming product dispatch and tracking number. It takes between 3 to 7 days to deliver the product to your doorstep, depends on the delivery location.

KF is the online store that sells attar fragrance products, which is for its customers’ personal use. Every order is freshly packed. As a policy, KF will not accept any return once delivered. While KF makes all efforts time to time, to enhance contents on its website, that gives a fair idea about its products. KF believes that information made available to its customers, ease out their purchase decision.

Replacement is allowed in following cases:

  • Customer receives a wrong product
  • Customer receives a damaged product

While we take stringent measures to ensure that the right product is shipped against each orders placed, if in a rare case, when happens, Yes, we will replace with the right product. All you have to do is, intimate us at info@khalisafragrance.com with a simple photo attached, to the email. Keep the entire package in safe condition with all elements supplied. Handover to the deliver agent, at the time when you receive a right product.

Customer receives a damaged product

Regarding damaged products : We follow multi layer industry leading packaging procedure to pack all the orders. We guarantee 100% for no damage or even spillage. All our products are comes with spillage proof plugs. In case if it happens, you will get a free replacement, follow the procedure as like above.


In the multi-layer packaging process, our final packaging comes with temper proof sealed packs, to ensure that the product is delivered to you safely.

Yes. We do deliver internationally. You can not shop directly on the website. The website accepts only the address located inside INDIA. All you have to do is, contact us through an email at crossborder@khalisafragrance.com

The serviceability of the pincode can be verified with the help of pincode checker, located on every product shop page.

At present we are servicing to 17500 + pincodes. This is based on our logistics partner’s time to time update on serviceable pincodes. We update it regularly.

Incase of your pincode is found to be “non-serviceable”, Please do not proceed to buy the product. You can email us at info@khalisafragrance.com  or fill the Contact form, with the product you are interested and your shipping address, we will get back to you in the shortest time frame, after our back-end check with courier service providers.
